Yeah, Biu jee has those exaggerated elbows - have seen them done with a similar amount of lean, but to the side, in HK lineages.
in comparison to the YM/HK lines the Sum nung/Pan nam line has a number of stylised or exaggerated movements. They also have more forms, drills and footwork exercises.. really cool stuff for anyone interested in WC.
