Beautiful vid. I like more artistic ways of making vids about Tai Chi and other martial arts. People might think that light and sound are only ways to make things more aesthetically pleasing in order to hide flaws or making things look better than they are. But I believe that a cinematic touch can also be a fantastic way to show respect to, or celebrating something you love, and it can certainly be a beautiful way to honor someone you respect. 8-)

cool!

night time training is sweet. looks like it's been slowed down a little which gives a nice dreamy like effect to it; giving a really surreal quality to your movements. Goes nice with the music. I echo what Bao says, artistic expression is a nice thing too.

I can't tell - it's too dark to see what's going on in the background.

" hiding Flaws?" Everyday I train to get better. No one is perfect.
Celebrating is a good word.
My Yang style teacher was much more into the unknown, healing and spiritual things.
So I would imagine that some of the things I say might not please him too much, I have switched to Chen, But I haven't forgotten either.
Thanks

Thanks Man
We don't give ourselves enough credit. These arts are just so... impossible to get perfect.

A general observation only, nothing addressed towards you personally.

not a problem.
Honestly I'm not hiding flaws, I'm hands on.
Lately though, I've been re-evaluating. A friend of mine just had a stroke, He is partially paralyzed.
What's more important, Health or martial? And as we get older, do we tend to think more of heaven?

Again, I never said that you were trying to hide flaws. Even though I don't agree with things and believe that you are at least partially a nut case, I think you are always trying to act quite transparent and honest. ;D 8-)

Sorry to hear about your friend. :(

Yeah, why to practice? I have family and business to think about, for me there's no room for, an no interest in, or time anymore for the martial side of the art. But health? I don't know if that's the right word. If I cared about health, I would work out, maybe start jogging and practice my over all condition. I see the art more as a way to self-improvement and development. Tai Chi is like a mirror for the soul. Practicing the art makes you painfully aware about all of your flaws and shortcomings. I'm just a sort of masochist I guess... :P

No health ... not much martial. Self-defense begins with self. Martial arts offer one the ability to defend others as well.

I think moderation and steady growth instead of haste is key for long term development.
