As i have mentioned before on here and to friends, Sifu Choe is one of the very best internal fighters I met in Asia , with highly developed in-fighting skills which he has successfully tested against many other systems senior fighters. This demo is just to show potential of the neigong in the Chu Ka.
Anyone interested in the Chu Ka system - Sifu Choe and I co-wrote a book on the system, which is part of the online course teaching in-depth the fundamentals, intermediate and advanced levels of practice including development of short range penetrating force.

No, this is not true. I had privilege to visit JKD Taiwan.
And they are saying basically the same thing (for years) for demo purpose, Bruce had to push the participant in inch punch so no injury is done.
Secondly, Bruce does not need to prepare before strike. He posed a little to gauge the force needed not to injure the participant.
