Visayan Pukulan [FMA]

The description says it's a Filipino empty hand fighting style. Looks a lot like silat. Action starts at 6:50

Read somewhere that the Philippines, Malaysia, and Indonesia were once parts of the same empire, so it's only natural that their martial arts would share certain similarities.

Actually it doesn't look a lot like a lot of the west javanese silat styles or sumatran styles, except perhaps for the Bruneian SSBD from Maul Mornie, which is indeed relatively close to the Phillipines.
Probably the closer you get to the phillipines, the more you see influences shared between styles. However if you look at the main and older silat styles coming from the island of Java, Sumatra and Malaysia, the style doesn't look that similar.

I just see a version of Panantukan/Pangamot with a different name. Nice film location by the way!
