I'm sure it's wonderful. Everything is wonderful and shows strong internal connection and adherence to the jibberyjabberydoo and any jumping ("hopping" is deprecated) is due to the internal strength spiraling downward and then bouncing up as it does. These folks really have some internal stuff and they'll be taking feathers left and right, if the Tel Aviv Olympics are any guide.

Aside from the fact that everyone learns from someone, these are the same things Ark and Rob showed me when I visited them 8 years ago.

I saw them elsewhere, 10+ years ago, along with a version of shiko that was quite different than the way Ark was doing it till about 8-9 years ago but that he now does.

This is not a criticism, just an observation.
