For some time on and off I've had to do my training laying in a hospital bed, sitting and from a wheelchair or perching stool. This looked like a great demo and I wonder why they have to change direction in the chair also why they didn't get the maximum core and spinal available to them. Maybe it was just because it was a demo.

I started my taiji journey post-stroke, seated, only able to use my right hand and desperately trying to do positive silk reeling. I discount no one so long as they put in the time and the work.

I had no insurance when I blew out my knee. Taijiquan was my only doctor and medicine. It's amazing stuff, everyone should do it.
