Absolutely. Look at the ease in which the judoka throws when he wants. Then he just allows escape from osaekomi and is passive while she does some groundwork. Maybe not rehearsed, but certainly some showmanship going on. Still, fun segment for a Japanese variety show.

The judoka is a professional comedian, and was only active in uni judo comps AFAIK.

Lot of the guys from Japan are quite well trained in judo basic . They have judo in school program, so no wonder.
