New Book - Ten Points of Sparring

Postby RobP3 on Wed Dec 07, 2016 7:28 am

Pleased to say my new book is out now!

The Ten Points of Sparring - it's a framework/guide to setting up and developing drills and sparring.
It also includes advice on structuring a training session, developing attributes and creating testing/scenario drills

It's from a Systema perspective but can be used / adapted to any style of training. It's a smallish paperback but is packed with info!

You can order it direct from me at http://selz.co/E18U1mVlM

Available on Amazon at https://www.amazon.co.uk/Ten-Points-Sparring-Martial-Training/dp/099564540X/

It's a good book. I particularly liked the bit about affecting people without touching them.
