2.5 Clicks of Pi

Time: 1645 - 1845 hrs

Yeah i know i don't have a vid, i was alone, you will have to take my word for it, anyway its not a very long distance.
Speed/Rate: 4 - 6 sec per Pi (i think)
There was no stop, except for moving real slow when kids or ppl get too close.
After:
i thought my shoulder would be very sore, but its still ok
i let my waist do the movement and imagine myself holding a da qiang.
the last 3 fingers of my hand are a little numb now; i think my imagination/visualization worked.
the legs feel sluggish
tired but not winded, and still standing straight, no cramps.
After-after:
Dinner: Porridge cooked with wolf berries and red dates, tofu, cabbage, boiled peanuts, and fu-ru
