This is a video by Hong Kong Sifu John Kaufman, who teaches the Chu Shong Tin method of Wing Chun kung fu. The video (with John's USA student, Brent Parkinson) discusses and demonstrates using the center of mass to generate power for both defense and offense. Sifu John M. Kaufman began his wing chun training in New York City
in 1977 under Sifu Lee Moy Shan (who was a student of Moy Yat).
He has subsequently trained in the Ip Ching method of Wing Chun.

In 1998, Sifu Kaufman met Marty Anderson, who was Chu Shong Tin's first Western student in Hong Kong.
Marty Anderson trained under Chu Shong Tin from 1970-1980.

Sifu Kaufman has been training under Chu Shong Tin, and his disciple, Ma Kee Fai, in this internal method of wing chun since 1999.
This is the method Sifu Kaufman teaches in his School located in Cheung Sha Wan, Kowloon, Hong Kong.

Hmm...although he is demonstrating some of the things that Chu Shong Tin used to do, IMO, his body mechanics are slightly different.
