it looks good, I especially like the 0.25
but it would be interesting to know the background... It looks like a showoff of a specific style. One that shows what he can do, and a sucker to get whipped. Especially as one has headgear and the other not.
It may even be choreographed, the punch the headgear guy does at 0.23 is so much off that it might very well be a signal to say, "ok, now I am going to headkick you"

I would guess that this is a demo rather than a competitive bout however, as only one guy is wearing head gear. Still cool tho.

but after viewing the 3rd time i feel its more like one quarter cooperative

in my limited experience and opinion, there is a strong correlation between your own Doubt and Fear
and being able to execute your technique in proper correct timing.

what do i mean by doubt and fear?
doubt meaning if you believe the technique of truly effective
fear meaning fearing to get hit by your opponent

if you cannot understand these 2 factors and how you manifest them yourself
in a fight condition, it is very difficult to gain a good understanding of your own self and
have a good improvement that is repeatable and reliable across different circumstances that you
might encounter.

traditionally speaking,
correct training -> strength and speed -> confidence -> fearless, or at least non-hesitant execution
in one virtuous cycle.
if you have doubt or fear... then...it is not good.

Lars observations are totally correct, especially about the head gear.

This is/was obviously loosely rehearsed prior to ...for demo purposes. It's easy to see, IMO.

Especially when you've done these things before. It's pre-planed, the moves you're going to demonstrate so you have a good idea what coming next.

Now this (below) in my opinion is Gritty Street, albeit spontaneous...Timing. You get into your opponents rhythm and you can time them up much better. Bang!
