He Jinghan Taijiquan

New vids from Baguazhang Master and lineage holder He Jinghan.

He presents Tai Chi whole body movement better than most Tai Chi people out there. It's in Chinese, but I think that you could still watch and learn.

Moving from the spine:

"Peng" and whole body structure

There's a whole lot of new Tai Chi vids on the channel you can watch, especially interesting if you understand some Chinese.

I can see why... I think he demonstrate principles of leading and directing in a very good way. How practical or realistic some of the things he shows is another thing. He has some excellent thoughts and a very clear method for what he does and he seem to share it all with great enthusiasm. Sometimes though, there might be a gap between the theory and the practicality of applications. But that's just my own humble, personal reflection. I have a great respect for him regardless what.

Those are good thanks for posting. You can see the bagua influence - there is a noticeable spiraling through the body. Really noticeable in the first link around 2:20.
The method of practicing this boxing art is nothing more than opening and closing, passive and active. The subtlety of the art is based entirely upon their alternations. Chen Xin
