Of course I fully admit that I have a da qiang training bias only in that I've seen it work so well for those who know the correct practice (alignment, proper da qiang weights for proper exercises, proper breathing and footwork)
I am also glad I learned some of the da qiang exercises for xing yi.

Posted: Fri Apr 14, 2017 6:58 pmWe have that Daqiang training as centre piece of all power generation in Hulei TJQ (Zhang Suisheng lineage). There is a set of basic moves, a longpole 13 posture form, several parnter sets.
