Nice straightforward stuff from a young guy for what looks like some young people. I really enjoyed everything they did and will probably add a couple things to my repertoire.

I found that this school is near me in Whittier. I think that I will go by and check them out.

Nice SC throws. Though I'm not too sure about the entry for the second throw in the first clip; lifting the arm up that way against a double lapel grab or choke normally do not work well against a stronger opponent who's determined to hold on.

P.S. There's a misleading typo in the title of the second clip. It should be "stealing" step, not "steeling" step.

Coach He Guanda is an excellent Shuai Jiao coach. Sudan Jeffers trains under him.

Re: the original video, very very nice trad Shuai Jiao basics. Is all this stuff the material originally brought to the US by Chang Dongsheng's students? Envy our US members, seems like shuai jiao is getting more and more widespread in the States.

For some reason, I doubt that these people have the attributes to pull these throws off. Their movements don't look full or convincing.

Compare 11:15 in the OP video, to these guys showing a number of variations from the same grip:
