Hi Wayne,
I only watched half of it, but it starts out by talking about the movie The Grandmaster, which a Xinyiquan master from Shanxi named Liang Xiaofeng consulted on. Then it talks about the history of Xinyiquan, how it's a very efficient style and the contribution of Liang Xiaofeng, who's apparently done a lot to popularize the style. They talk about different techniques and what the style contains fighting-wise and form-wise, differences in training between hobbyists and Liang's disciples, and around 8-9 minutes they showcase foreigners saying that Chinese kung fu is very good.
My Chinese is pretty terrible, but that's what I got out of the first 9 minutes, hope that helps a bit.
