Very impressed that the guy featured (Leo) is willing to put himself through such rigorous training after having learnt Wing Chun, filipino arts etc for close to 30 years, respect!
Also his coach (Lu Zhenfan) has some very insightful comments about how martial arts transcends language and is a lifelong pursuit, worth a watch.
