Nice balance in the kicking form at the end there!

Fingers to eyes - are you the guy that taught Gunnar Nelson's opponent in his fight last weekend???? Lol.

Blue dragon sticks out claws looks a lot like high pat on horse in our tai chi form. Also similar to the Xingyi monkey flying knee - basically a leg going out with a retracting arm on same side and extending the other arm seems to be a fundamentally strong human movement.

Very cool form at the end! As for the reason why you slap your foot...i do not know, but somehow PavelĀ“s explanation makes a lot more sense to me than this.
You try to kick your own hand, because your hand serves as a pointer, thus your preload your muscles/tune your golgi-tendon organ/spindles and kick therefore higher as without the hand.
