Good stuff. Of course he cut to the chase quickly and went for the big KO, but Fedor used to do some guard removals and traps.

There's a strike in Sambo where it looks like a haymaker, but is thrown with the intention that if the person moves in, it wraps around their guard and either makes contact with the face, or wraps around their neck for a headlock hip throw. Looks like Fedor is doing some version of that.

That overhand hook that Fedor does is similar to our Xingyi horse.

I was mainly looking at his guard pulldowns, but you can see where he has Sylvia's left arm temporarily "trapped" as he throws an uppercut. Didn't know anything about those hooks except for reading some comments here before.

Back slightly more on topic, the trapping those guys are doing looks cool and fun.

He also has others vids showing how sticking & chinna are applied in pummeling & other hand play that many wrestlers train.
