Good attitude
Interesting in that they compare and contrast punching power
some feel it doesn't account for much.

I took their comment as more to it felt simular, not done similarly
In my eyes, they are about as different as night and day.
I'm really not a fan of over-generalization when it comes to comparing different martial art styles. Too often we see practitioners who like to throw out rudimentary ideas or universal principles and try to pass them off as evidence supporting their claims that certain styles are "the same" or "similar." But IMO, making statements such as "both emphasize relaxation and sensitivity" is basically as pointless and DUH-worthy as saying "both make use of gravity" or "both generate power from the body not just the arms."
If the WC guy has bothered to take the time to meet and train with the Systema guys, and make a video of his encounter, I sincerely hope he would take the opportunity to delve deeper into the arts as opposed to merely scratching the surface and saying, "Ok, Systema is just like WC!"
being like is not the same as "is"
P.S. The anti-qinna move at 9:30 is one of the classic applications for Cheng style Bagua's Single Palm Change.
