First Chi Demo that makes me wonder

Hey guys,
a friend sent me this video of a guy performing "Chi Healing"

Usually all this Chi stuff is fake and easy to spot, yet this one looks pretty legit... :o
Anyway I was looking through this guys videos and found this really impressive Iron Palm demo vid:

Which is in IMHO really good and kind of gives the chi stuff (a bit) more authority.
So who knows about this guy and could tell us about him, his teachers, lineage and whether he has the/some goods?

This is his site:

Thanks,
Aqui :)

The hand cut/heal is an old close up magic trick. This man is a fraud.

See ....https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=YCnhpNiigeO

He has a small container of blood hidden behind the knife blade so you cannot see it. He just squeezes blood down the side of the knife away from the camera and you see it when it pools in his palm.

Agreed. Note the diversionary tactic. Check out the other hand not the one waving the knife around proving it is real. at no point does he show what is in it. he just passes the knife into the hand.

Then when he is finished pushing the knife against his palm he visibly puts 'something' out of shot while pretending to pick up a cloth.

The pooled 'blood' looks like a legit cut, but its just pooled blood. Note how careful he is not to disrupt the pool.

all in all ... nonsense :)

Yeah, in the beginning of the vid, he constantly has his right hand covered, like holding something in it. Quite obvious what he is doing.

And BTW, he use a cheap Ikea knife, not very sharp, probably just to make sure he doesn't cut himself by mistake. ;D

Another thing... most qigong demos show how their qi make their body and skin strong, so not knives or spears can penetrate him. So why would he want to demonstrate how easy he can cut his hand? Especially as he demonstrate iron palm. Well, either he faked the cut or he must have used very cheap bad quality dit-da-jow.... :P

... I think I heard him quack like a duck ... -shrug-

Do people really fall for his tricks? ???

I thought all this Qi healing wounds BS had been gone for a long time now, but turns out there still are some old-school frauds making a buck out of it. That's what's impressive :)

There is a Facebook group trying to raise some interest in making a reboot of that series. Would be cool, whilst it had its share of nonsense it was a real treat to see an entertaining martial arts show on TV.
