What he calls "large frame" I would simply call "bad Tai Chi".
...though his explanation of large frame is absolutely how most people understand Tai Chi Chuan in today's modern area... regardless style, form or frame.... :P

I respect the man. It wasn't meant as an attack on him. Just on how people understand Tai Chi nowadays.

I don't know if he understand any of the definitions, but don't I think he tried to define neither large or small frame. But rather he meant the difference between "common health tai chi" and more traditional tai chi. Also, small frame can mean slightly different things in different schools. I like how Chen small frame traditionally is defined and how wu (yuxiang) /hao define their frame.
