Looks like a Muay Thai documentary. How does it relate to the Chinese internal arts, or why should I watch it?

No reason you should watch it at all
Same with 90% of the stuff on here
This is just some full on realistic training
If you don’t get something out of this that you can relate to your internal training I am sorry

In reality, only you can answer that question.

But, a good Trailer would be to watch the Clinch section First.
The Clinch Section might let you know if you have interest to watch from the beginning.

I trained Muay Thai when I was young. Nothing related to my internal training, it was all pure external training.
I asked if the video related to internal arts because you usually only post so called "internal" stuff.
