I'd imagine that his personality is a significant improvement of Conor's however. Running joke on Irish reddit of the last couple years is that Conor is British/English as he's too much of an embarrassment to the country to claim him as Irish. There are some good memes about his family members' behaviour though that have become national-level jokes at this point.

I watched the second clip a couple times on 1/4 speed, it looked like a well placed right cross where Sterling was transitioning from punch range to grappling range.
