The big sword more a kettlebell than a weapon
Don't put power into the form let it naturally arise from the form

Great for training - helps diminish the "wet noodle" shen fa when returning to open hand forms and beats the tin foil weapons of contemporary wushu

Haha! That has happened to me, too. The LEO's advised me to leave the cold steel weapons at home and only bring wooden weapons to the park. I was apparently making some people feel nervous and intimidated. Oops! Sorry. My bad. LoL
