Great for training - helps diminish the "wet noodle" shen fa when returning to open hand forms and beats the tin foil weapons of contemporary wushu

Loved the Kwan Do for the same reason
But the called out the SWAT squad last time I took it to the park

Haha! That has happened to me, too. The LEO's advised me to leave the cold steel weapons at home and only bring wooden weapons to the park. I was apparently making some people feel nervous and intimidated. Oops! Sorry. My bad. LoL ;D
