no idea about the "form application" but love these kinds of sweeps. as the thrown person, it's so hard to notice when your attention goes to the upper body.

Don't put power into the form let it naturally arise from the form

Yeah probably closer to how Adam Mizner does the first bit of the lotus kick coming out of the spin.
