Absolutly no disrespect ment here, but would these gentlemennot get more out of their structure if the hand that they were not using was held with a little more shape? Maybe its just me, but I can remember the foundation of the Tai ji I was taught had a great deal to do with balancing the postures/movements in order to neither block or waist energy. This maybe only be foundation stuff and is not necessary at higher levels, but it struck me as something worth mentioning.
