Posted: Sun Jun 08, 2008 11:20 amI learned that routine just barely before coming back from China last year. Shifu hand illustrated the entire thing and filled in all the margins with notes about each pose. I then scanned all his pics (about 100 of them) and made the thing into a book.
It is one of my most prized possessions. I just wish I had someone to work that set with out here.

that's no joke. this one and the one by the shaolin white crane guys in canada are prolly the best i've seen on the web yet.

they both are very familiar with the moves and counter moves. and both going at it fast, faster and faster.
fair warning, some of the moves if not careful will injure your training partner.
so for most people, we are just doing at half arse.
slowly, stopped/pause, slowly, stopped/pause--
much fun to watch them, but very difficult to emulate, unless both are very and very good.
