I'd be interested to hear what others think about this video. Personally the jumping bugs me a bit - looks like somebody is telegraphing.

personally i think the jumping shows a conditioned mind and response
cma training is also mind training, to be free of unnatural and/or false responses, thinking, attitudes... etc
if mind is not hunyuan, i think it is difficult for the energy, force, or jin to be hunyuan...
but he seems to be proud of and enjoying the demo... so whatever floats your boat i guess

Whether you are pushing or someone is pushing off , if you can build a structure that can support the weight is impressive enough to me, an acrobatic stunt that takes timing strength and coordination, if you can catch and use that tension before your opponent knows you have locked his tension onto your structure is the goal.
