Totally sweet.

Very nice renditions of the dui da as well. I've having a hard time getting into the swing of that one. Kind of short on partners and Shifu is leaving for Germany soon.

initially there were no forms but later there were two developed for teaching purposes.

here are two forms- xingyiquan and Baguazhang I learned back in early 1990's I wanted to work on and remember. i dont practice them much now that i do muay thai, but they so hold some memories from when i seriously trained back in college.
