Incidentally, I really liked the first clip on this thread. The 2nd was ok, just not my taste but the 3rd is standardized Wushu Baji and has little application. I can go into specifics but I don't really think it's necessary.
Just watch the first dude. Very nice. I like the atmosphere too. Looks like most of northern China. Nice packed dirt, nice flavor he's working.

Omar, I had to laugh, when I posted the clip I was thinking, "Maybe this is outside of Xi'an and one of Omar's gongfu brothers."
Yes, single postures in place and moving is where it usually start for traditional training in baji along with some stance holding i.e. horse stance.
