Liang Style bagua stick training

Simple sticking method to practice "Transplanting A Flower" movement in Jiang style baguazhang. This method uses "yang" palm, and a little bit of "luo xuan" or spiraling palm. The use of a stick aids in feeling of the coiling movement and mimicks the grabbing of a limb.

This "Embracing the Moon" stick method uses "bao zhang", or embracing palm, and "liao zhang", or enticing palm.

Do you know if this exercise is found in other styles of Bagua?

There's something about having to hook the stick with the thumb to circle to the inside that'd make me a bit nervous.
