Nope, it's all just Systema! Though one of our guys is a professional stunt man (don't try this at home kids!)

Roberto:

I have (somehow) managed to resist the urge to take the piss...boys will be boys, I suppose and a good outdoor play is good for wee lads of all ages.

But I must ask:
What is Vladimir Putin doing sneaking up on the unsuspecting hippy meditating in the woods?
Services available:
Pies scoffed. Ales quaffed. Beds shat. Oiks irked. Chavs chinned. Thugs thumped. Sacks split. Arses goosed. Udders ogled. Canines consumed. Sheep shagged.Matrons outraged. Vicars enlightened. PM for rates.

Ah I would tell you but the....ah you know the drill...

Still they are not such wee lads and play is right - that's one of the learning mindsets we encourage. It's play with a serious purpose though.

Feel free to take the piss, it's a fairly predictable response and it rides off the back of the guys - not that any of them are forum goers anyway, sadly ill-equipped to discuss the intricacies of peng and lu with would be assailants, ruffians and rogues!

cheers

Lol, yes, good fun and it's surprising how even a little of this work sharpens up awareness on different levels

one thing that's lacking from that short clip though is tree-climbing and generally hanging about and swinging around and perching in trees. it's damn good training and if you're taking your guys out there and not getting some good tree time, I'd suggest that you give it a solid go next time you get the chance.

or maybe it just didn't make it into the clip!
