I won't post everything they have up but indeed this is what my curriculum was prior to learning xiao baji jia.

The static postures/striking can be linked to the wu xing and have combinational patterns following fire & water Li 7 kun principle

Baji Basics - 8 Strikes - #1 (Tau Xin Chui - 掏心捶)

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uDV1TV2w ... annel_page

Baji Basics - 8 Strikes - #3 (Heng Da - 横打)
[Many of these can be correlated with da qiang exercises, like this one]

Baji Basics - 8 Strikes - #5 (Fan Za - 反砸)

Baji Basics - 8 Strikes - #4 (Chuai Chui - 搋捶)

If you look over the basic kicking, striking, postures, you get a really good overview of how baji/pigua training, at least the way I was taught by Tony Yang, is structured. Eventually you slide in xiao baji and da baji and the xiao baji holding of postures are done at home except for an occasional class structural check that the teacher makes. Three or four da qiang exercises can also be incorporated here too.

Whoever you guys are, thanks for posting the clips.
