taiji drills 1-4 (edit & new footage)

Hey, Put this together at the suggestion of neijia boxer. Keeping the same theme, i've used mostly different footage and added a short clip at the end showing the next progression of the drills using moving steps. The end goal being to arrive at an advantagious clinch position. You can just leave it there and practice that or start to add in takedowns etc. my favourite variation is to have an attacker vs. 'defender' drill where the attacker is also kicking. It's your choice to practice against either or punching/kicking and then both together. All you need before arriving at these final stages is to have a good reportoire of takedown and throwing techniques to practice against the striker.

At some stage I hope to have a few clips up showing some takedown and throws etc.
