Great stuff!
-When doing rollups (like at the beginning) try them fast and naturally as he was doing them and also try doing them with NO leg involvement-- quads and hips totally relaxed, no momentum.
-This guy's got a right-side bias in his movement-- no big deal, everyone has a bias of some sort. But if you're doing stuff like this, notice your natural tendencies without trying to change them. Get to know yourself.
-Try passing the soccer ball under your legs (about 5:20, I think) without letting your feet touch the ground.
What I'm after isn't flexible bodies, but flexible brains.
