wow. I realy liked that one. How fast they are... amazing. And 0:20 also brutal. The music was something I was never expected though. :)
I started to search and I finded this you channel http://www.youtube.com/user/HONGKONGSANDA they have tons of techs up.

some of these are exact same as what my coach Zhou from Shanghai taught for san shou/san da- brought back memories of training back in 1995-1997
