Nice and crisp, with that Yang Hai snappiness. Really enjoy the clips from the guys who come from his camp.
Would love to see Yang Hai himself performing the animal forms.

The only thing I would say is Fred please pay attention to what your rear foot is doing, it floats and does not have the connection of your teacher. The rest is sweet as , well done indeed
