That second translation isn't correct. 撇身锤
It has the meaning of swivelling around and throw a backfist. I don't know, how it could be best translated into English. That's why I didn't do it.

For my two cents worth, the written Chinese characters....撇身锤 (Pieh1 Shen1 Chui2) translate as:
"Strike Hammerfist Downward"...."Chop Opponent with Fist", or something similar.

For my two cents worth, the written Chinese characters....撇身锤 (Pieh1 Shen1 Chui2) literally translate as: Throw Body by Bending Downward, but in the Tai-Chi Chuan Form Set they are translated as Chop Hammerfist Downward, or something similar.

Implied in the difference is a description of the application in the literal translation, and a description of the movement's appearance in the other translation.

but chui means hammer and not bending downward.
