That clip was a little too wacky for me. I just can't see myself doing that on the streets....literally on the streets, but different strokes for different folks. It's all good. ;)

That second translation isn't correct. 撇身锤
It has the meaning of swivelling around and throw a backfist. I don't know, how it could be best translated into English. That's why I didn't do it.

For my two cents worth, the written Chinese characters....撇身锤 (Pieh1 Shen1 Chui2) translate as:
"Strike Hammerfist Downward"...."Chop Opponent with Fist", or something similar.
