Wang Qi 王祺 studied with Han Qichang 韩其昌 (a well known teacher of Meihuazhuang who also studied with Li Cunyi) and Li Jianqiu 李剑秋 (student of Li Cunyi and Zhang Zhaodong).

From what I have been told, many masters in Beijing and Tienjin were influenced by each others practice. For instance, in some xingyi lineages you can see bits of Xue Dian's practice in Zhang Zhao Dong's forms (Sha Guozhen for instance). So its not totally beyond the pale to have similar palms coming from different lines of bagua.
Just saying is all.
