Police Blotter:

This just in, police have been notified of groups of young men with buzz cuts and army pants slithering around park benches. Officers are urged to exercise extreme caution, as suspects may flop down to the ground and attempt knife defenses with their feet the instant contact is made.

Ks son looks pretty solid structure wise for sure. Smooth movement too, but you never see him working at anything other than low speed.

cheers

yeah what chris said. kadochnikov junior (I forget his name) looks like he has really good structure, but it's always slow work.

at least with martin you know he has 10 years of doorman experience plus the respect of other high level guys, and clearly he hits hard :)

anyway I've copped some hideous bruises from rolling up and down stairs and over picnic tables (n00b), but it's good training.

I liked the part where one man was sitting at the bench and the other guy kicks him right in the chest. Rather than crumpling straight down from the blow, which is what would happen if someone came up and just front kicked you right in the chest, he does the roll over the table. Both were done in slow motion.

That looks like fun - I'll have to try that out too. I'd be even more impressed if for the first part of the clip he kept his gun pointing pretty much in the same direction while he did all that though.
