this article was clearly written from taiwanese slang. I believe the mainlanders use a slightly different set. I like how the guy enumerates all the diffrerent nnumbers of generations...bahaha

I haven't heard anyone use those before. Normally, what I hear and use are contractions or the whole of KNNCCB.

I say cao4 interchangeably with gan4. though I tend to use cao4 more for actual insults, gan4 for insults, but also as an expletive more.

Kan ni na bu (chao chee bye)
Hokkien. Vulgar. Lit. "Fuck your mother", this is the archetypal Singlish insult, but it is often used just as an intensifier akin to English "fucking", and commonly abbreviated as "KNN" in written form. The long form "KNNBCCB", meaning "fuck your mother's smelly cunt", is extremely rude.

It's a great multipurpose one. Every word in it's vulgar as hell, so you can split it up and shuffle it around. Eg. KNNBCCB - KNN / NNB / CCB / CB. Most of my Taiwanese friends know what I mean when I use this one. I didn't grow up in a ghetto for nothing

big one often used in mainland china was 'ta ma de bi' (fuck your mother's cunt).
'gen' (sounds like gwun). translates as 'roll' but in that context means 'get the fuck out of here' (fuck off).

The one you're looking for, is "Kwa si mi lan jiao!?" Translates as "What're u looking at? My dick?" " Substitute "lam pah" for "lan jiao" to mean balls. "kwa si mi"is
slightly less vulgar, although still aggresive and will start fights.

Refer to the other party as a "chee bye kia" (cunt boy) and yourself as "lim peh" (your father) for added fun and hilarity.

Honestly, taiwanese is a much more satisfying language to curse in than mandarin, much more... ghetto. There's just no feeling when I curse in Mandarin.

My understanding is that the use of gan4 is more common in Taiwan whereas the mainlanders tend to favour cao4.
