I liked 'blessed'

but my own immediate feeling was "endure" lol.

Ha. Mine was "suffering"... but then I thought about it, and figured that it wasn't really what's at the core of it, after all.

Well to be honest, the past two years have been the worst I can recall. Most of the time I feel it's more related to endure or suffering fo sho. More or less it seems I just barely keep getting by no matter how much effort or sacrifice I put in..

YET, I have a woman who loves me and sticks by me for some odd reason, still have a place to live, and a job where I more than not get to grapple often and shoot the shit with my friends (even if I despise the people I work for and put in an average of 40 hours of over time 4-5 months out of the year).

It can always be worse, and more or less having the odds stacked against you just makes you more focused and keeps you on course most of the time. Just makes you feel blessed for having what you've somehow managed to keep, ha.

i'd say those odds aren't long at all... once i get back to "mancatcher" (manchester) tennessee, not four hours northwest of hot'lanta.
