since this group seems to like "martial" things, some interesting tidbits he talks about:
atomic bomb (he's from los alamos, son of physicists). you can tell if a bomb has been used. it has deterrence.

AI in, say, cyberwarfare may be impossible to detect. there isn't a way to have "deterrence" of AI.

many countries (who can afford $100s of millions in investments) investing heavily.

what % of GDP do China and US put into AI research for military vs. over-investing in "legacy" tech?
