With a daring display of geekness I will answer your question- in the issue where the group have just found the priest and find themselves holed up in a church with cannibals hunting them, the 'old guy' (can't remeber his name: -5 geek points) gets bitten by a zombie but is then captured by the cannibals. Whilst dining on him gradually (one body part per time a la 'the Road') he starts to laugh, telling them that he is infected. A certain time period ensues, and there is no sign of them being infected right up until their gruesome demise- end of geeky waffle.

Wait up there, bud....they ate him raw or cooked? These are details of the utmost importance. Someday, it might save a life.

Deep fried with a smidge of caramel sauce...in fact they roasted his leg. Maybe microwaved could be the carbon-free version alternative.

Steve- even zombies have a keen sense of morals; it is simply 'just not done' to eat ones fellow undead.

And, they don't look very far ahead. Once they eat up all the humans and animals, are they going to ...starve?
