Chavez wanted to import an AK-47 factory from Russia in order to guarantee a supply of small arms in case of a US embargo. LOL

Putting aside any stuff about guns, I still remember early in the Bush admin, maybe 2001, when on a particular day, in the wake of a coup attempt, they said they supported Chavez, and the next day they didn't after it appeared Chavez would survive the coup. Talk about flip flop.
