A yogic master from my college days back in 1992, has gone public with teaching meditation skills. Tenzin Rinpoche, a Tibetan lay Monk has recently started a Youtube and open teachings. These are considered sacred and secret teachings in his culture. Due to War and suffering, the need for massive healing of people and the planet, the time to be free and open with the lessons is now. It begins with healing of the self, which in turn heals family, friends, state, nation, and the world.
