did either of them say anything at all new? i couldn't watch the whole thing because they were boring as hell and saying the same shit, not talking about real issues, and not really debating at all, just like the first debate. It's interesting that it hasn't really been talked about very much - was it too boring even for the newspapers?

Didn't see it. Can't imagine anything of substance coming. They sign these lengthy contracts with the group that runs the debates to guarantee they don't talk about anything real, and only keep the facade of political competition going. Remember in the 2000 debtae when Bush actually complained during it that Gore wasn't following the rules of what could be discussed?
