What's for breakfast?

Postby shawnsegler on Mon Oct 13, 2008 9:13 am

Today it's my bomb homemade hummus dredged in extra virgin olive oil, red bell pepper slices, some chopped up carrots, pita bread and sicillian olives with chili peppers.

And a big coke. I'm american like that.

S- although the hummus thing might make me a terrorist by association, right? Isn't that how things work nowadays?

Crepes with Marionberry sauce and home made whipped cream, homemade hash browns, fresh pressed apple cider from my trees out front and cup of kwan yin tea.

Leftovers from my son's birthday breakfast yesterday.

This is how we roll in the Northwest......

Shawn should stop drink coke in morning. New Wave in morning Good, Coke drinking or snorting in morning not as much.

:)

Thanks for caring, Lonnie. It's true. I've been actually lots better about the soda thing. All summer long I was filling up a pitcher of water with lemon slices and refilling it all day. I slipped a little this morning.

Hope all is well.

S- how old is your boy now? Like 12 or something.

Instant organic oatmeal, toast and some Yunnan black tea(a whole pot, which might over tax me kidneys... :/ ).

Small strawberry yogurt.
Banana
Leftover hamburger patty.

I was dismayed to find out my Lucerne brand yogurt was chock full of high fructose corn sweetener. Won't be buying that again. My wife usually gets the WeightWatchers yogurts. Same size and only 100 calories.
