I haven't tried them that high up or on fingers, but I can do them spread wider with palms. we call them spider pushups.

My little brother and I used to love Jack Lalanne, - I remember being 5 years old (1965) doing push-ups and legs lifts, ...

... but the best part was when he would say "buttocks" ! ;D ;D ;D

Tremendous.

Fuck the Chuck Norris jokes, bring on the Jack jokes. Except, in his case, they wouldn't be jokes, they'd be feats.

And how dare you criticize the all-in-one workout suit? I want me one of those! Wonder if they do them in day-glo pink?

Jack used to wear leotards and ballet slippers ... in the 50s, but he also invented the first leg extension machines and cable pulley machines. So, no one said anything about what he wore.

Then again, remember Gorgeous George and Jesse the Body Ventura with his boas :)

He is certainly worthy of modeling oneself after as far as an approach to lifestyle and fitness.
He's a walking billboard for both what's right and what's wrong with people.

what's right- we have this seemingly limitless possibility to achieve and succeed in our world.

what's wrong -a great deal of people do not tap or exploit this essential part of their being and instead opt for sloth and avarice

yeah but he's sixteen. give him a week or two of practice and get to directing him and he'll be doing it fine.

teenagers need a lot of guidance and prodding being as they are inherently lazy little whelps. plenty of strength, but no desire to do anything other than jerk off and daydream. This is the drawback of the teenage years. :)
